I just purchased my first electric bike. It's a used pedego city commuter black edition. Everything seems to work as it's suppose to except for the LCD meter. The screen is sun damaged. I'll purchase a new one but I'd like to hear from others what steps people take to avoid sun damage to the LCD meter. Thanks

Hello and welcome Crs, nice to have you. In my experience, what you have is moisture in the display. Carefully remove it and place it in a bowl of rice, that will draw out the moisture and then connect in. It shouldn’t be difficult and is a common problem. Good luck.

It's definitely sun damage because the screen is cracked and scratched all over. Thank you for helping
