Help with speed box2 for giant syncdrive sport

I've recently purchased a giant full E +2 with the syncdrive sport motor. I'm Having a bit of trouble with the speed box 2 chip, once fitted I'm left with 2 connector blocks with no were to plug them into. (Wire's are from the bike. Not the speed box). When turning the power button on it turns it's self off straight away. Has anyone ever experienced this befor. Thanks mike

I have a Speedbox2 on my Trek Powerfly 7 and I love it.

I have a Speedbox2 on my Trek Powerfly 7 and I love it.

I have the same problem with the speedbox 2 and my Full E it bliinks on then off and it still does it when I took it out now I am so pissed at Speedbox I spent $225.00 on the damn thing now my bike isnt working at all. John
