HI,

I have a 3T Exploro RaceMax Boost that had been on storage for last couple of months. I did store with battery at 30% but I'm that was depleted to 0.

I'm trying to recharge the battery now, to no avail.

I keep getting the error: CellUnderVoltage #194 - Cell Low Voltage Protection

This is a Mahle X35 Battery system.

I have tried flashing, multiple times and have done the flashing sequence properly with my Mahle CGU.

Even after being plugged in for 1hr, the state of charge remains 0%

Thanks for any help or advice on this!

its been a while since |'ve been supporting ebikemotion stuff, out the top of my head this would be a load balancing issue. The battery should be charging and let the charger in for at least 2 hours for the load balancing to even out the cell's. And is the original charger cannot charge the battery try another charger to charge and balance the system.

When did you charge this battery for the last timne fully? and where was it stored?

found the manual in the archive

OK.

I just read the Mahle Battery Care manual also, and it said: Remember that It may take some time for the eBike to be able to turn on when the battery is charging after it has reached 0% Do not worry. Is totally normal.

So I'll leave it plugged for a couple of hours and see.

It was stored inside the house. Not exposed to high temps at all. Charged full about 8 months ago.

Thanks!

8 monts is long for a Lion battery, usually the interval shold be 2 pr 3 months max

Have charged for 3 hours and still no change on battery status. I’m going to unplug now charge with the purple (error) light flashing. Previously, I charged when it was at the ON (white light) mode.

The mode during charging shouldn’t matter, right?
