Help me find a replacement Prodecotech battery.

I have a Prodecotech Phantom X RS bike (http://bikes-store.com/product/prod...e-14ah-samsung-li-ion-pearl-white-18one-size/). I attach the picture of the battery label. The battery is 5 years old and completely gone (it first started to dye out quickly, now it does not even start the motor anymore). Is there a way to find a replacement battery at a decent price, maybe from Alibaba or another website? I am not sure how to search for it. Prices in USA are crazy (~$590). Try asking one of the numerous battery rebuild services companies to see if they can rebuild it for you; that is if you are not dead set on trying to get this battery replacement for under a hundred dollars.
