HELP - Charger for IZIP E3 Path+

I just received my IZIP E3 Path+, unboxed it, set it up and went to plug it in...and the plug on the charger does not fit the battery. The pin placement is not compatible. The battery and charger both have labels saying they are 48V. When I look online I see pictures of the 36V system with pins like the charger I have. I was thinking that either the label or connector are incorrect. I called the service line and did not receive much help. The person basically said "that can't be, go look again". Can someone post a picture of their charger cable?
Thanks

The 4 prong charger end in pic #1 goes to the 36V version and the port next to it is the 48V type. I've never seen one come out of the box like that, but somebody at the manufacturing plant built the charger with the wrong connector, for sure. We've sold lots of the Currie product, so are familiar with the setup. Please get those customer service folks back on the phone and see if you can send them your pics, you need a proper charger!

I'd actually contact the shop you purchased it from. They sent you a 48v Zuma charger instead of the Path Plus/Peak/Dash charger.

Thanks, that is good insight. I've been bouncing around between Currie Tech and the shop I bought it from. Both of them pointing at the other to fix it. I appreciate you taking the time to respond.

Any time. We actually field a lot of calls at the shop for folks who try to reach EBCC. Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions. That's what this forum is here for right? :)
