I have had my Rad Rover for 5 months. It turned 1000 miles last week. For a retired male, this has been an incredible experience. I'm very pleased with Rad Power Bikes. Their customer service has been outstanding. I recommend them very highly. You can't go wrong with Rad Power Bikes.

I added a throttle rocker to the twist throttle (something I picked up from 39 years of motorcycle riding cross country), and a sound system to my ride. I also purchased a saddle that doesn't have a center horn, but uses two pads to support your rear. My next item to purchase will be Bushwhacker Omaha bicycle pannier cycling rear bag/baskets.

What kind of customer service did you need so early in your ebike ownership ?

Just curious.

Converter stopped working at 1013 miles (replaced underwarrenty). Repairing a flat, I couldn't get the tire to seat (spinning the wheel with the motor, centered it and "popped" it into place). Variety of simple questions answered quickly compared to other mfg., prior to purchase helped me decide on Rad

Howdy Paw! I used to fly over at Herbie Field back in the mid to late 80's. I still miss the Hog's Breath Saloon. Did they fix the bridge yet?
I've been here since 1983, probably saw you in fly-overs as I spent many a day in the intercostal just south of your runway. I believe Hog's Breath Saloon is gone as that is the other side of the world to me. I could be wrong! The bridge will probably be another 6 months. Glad I'm retired and don't have to drive around the bay everyday. There is still two barges stuck under the bridge from the Sept. storm. I was just getting ready to start riding across the "new" bridge when this happened. Life moves on!
