I'm curious about which folding ebike you'd had. I don't have a folding bike now, but for two years I uses a titanium frame Brompton (wonderful bike!) to commute with. I loved it, and maybe I should have looked at their ebike offerings before going with a non-folding ebike.

Now that you're building your own ebike... I assume it's non-folding?

It was Samebike 20LVXD30.
It was nice bike. 350w engine 10.5Ah battery. 20 inch rims.
It will be MTB 29" rims nn folding
