Hi everybody!

My name is William- I am a Technical Service Specialist with Bosch eBike Systems North America. I generally cruise the Southeast US in a van providing dealer training and technical support for Bosch, but I plan to spend some time here as well.

I'm looking forward to getting to know the eBike community here on EBR, and hope to be able to provide some technical insight when it comes to questions about Bosch-equipped eBikes.

My current eBike is a Civia Parkway, light green. I'm working on upgrading most of the parts right now, so I'll post a pic when it's done.

There is another Tech Rep with Bosch that covers the Midwest, so it's fairly unlikely that I make it up that way anytime soon, though special events sometimes call for some fun travel.

We are currently working on Bosch Online Training to continue our effort to educate and empower dealers during this difficult time. We will offer several different options to make our trainings more convenient, accessible, etc. for dealers. More on this very soon!

Unfortunately, no. There is another rep that picks up at SC, and covers the mid-Atlantic. I wish I did though!
