My wife and I bought 2 Rad power bikes, she got the City Step Thru and I the Rover. Why I am new to e-bikes my wife has worn out 3 so far in the last several years. We just moved here from Los Angeles CA. we are in a small town and the area is perfect for the e-bikes. We only have a few miles to date. I am working on getting the hang of using the pedal assist with which gear. Rose is still mostly using her old e-bike because she is so used to it. I'll post more on the setup later. By for now.

I am about to go for a little ride on the Rover, thought I would drop a few words first, about the two bikes set-up. Wife's City step thru has very few added options. She did not want any front rack or basket, just the small basket, and bag on her rear rack. She has a set of panniers from her old bike which she will swap over to the new. I, on the other hand, want it all. So far my Rover has the front rack with the large basket and bag installed. This also meant moving the headlight, all necessary parts included, thank you Rad Power Bikes. I ordered from Amazon the handlebar extension giving me a few more inches of space to add lights or camera later. I will be ordering the full fenders and rear rack when they are back in stock. I will add a small basket and bag to the rear rack at that time. I also ordered the Hollywood bike rack for my car, seems to to be a pretty good piece of equipment, but have not hauled our bikes yet for the acid test. Also from Amazon came the motorcycle stand I use to park my bike in. The fat tires fit just right and this can be used a cleaning stand as well. Side note I also own a motorcycle to use when cleaning.

Oh, are you the folks that moved into John & Cindy McCain's place there? Beautiful spot right on Oak Creek. It's where they vetted Sarah Palin Where you surprised to see vineyards in AZ? Most are. Nice fish hatchery with park-like setting at Page Springs. Nice area.
