Hello. I’m from Miami, FL and own 2 e-bikes, a RAD mini step-thru and a Story e-bike.

Welcome. My father owns a Story ebike....you are the only other person that I've come across with a Story bike aside from my father.
His is (I cannot remember the model) a relatively lightweight street bike with VERY narrow tires...and he has had about a million flat tires on that bicycle (the wheels are low quality).
I hope your Story bike is not giving you the same problems.

Oh yes that is a very different bike when compared to my dad's.

I cannot remember his model name... But it was among the first released by Story.

My other e-bike is a RAD mini. It has fat tires, a throttle and lots of fun. But it weighs over 65 pounds! Very hard to get on a bike rack and maneuver on city bike lanes. The Story bike weighs around 39 pounds, I think.
