Height for Flow/Sport and a couple other questions...

So I am about to take the plunge and reserve a Flow...but since I am 5'1", and that is the bottom of the height range, do you think it will seem too big? Also would it fit in the hatchback of a Prius (assuming the wheel is removed and easily removable)? This is the only thing holding me back. My other bikes are folders and they are more transportable. But the only folder that I like now is a fat -tire one and I don't want fat tires. I would like to be able to ride on dirt paths....are they suited for that with these tires?

I would think you'd be ok for your height but I don't think this is the type of bike you want to be tossing in back of a hatchback all the time. At 55lbs it would be very awkward to do and risk damaging electrical components. Just my opinion. I would only transport a full size e-bike in the back of a truck or a heavy duty hitch rack..
I'm sure you could add a suitable hitch receiver to your car...but it's going to be a few bucks...plus the cost of a rack. Maybe a folder is best for your situation. How about a Rad Mini step-thru?

Yes... the Sport is surprisingly heavy, so the Flow should be too.

And you're looking to ride on dirt... so I would actually lean towards something with a bit wider tires like on of the R1U bikes.

Thanks all. I rode a Rad Mini, but I don't want such fat tires..it's hard to find a folding bike or ANY bike in this price range with these features and not fat tires. Guess I either need to just ride them around the local area or get a new car or get a rack which might be a hassle (the rack).

I believe the tires are best for paved surfaces.

I'm 5'6" and was a little concerned about the Sport being too big, however it's perfect. The Flow, with it's step thru should be fine for us vertically challenged:)
