Have a 2015 Specialized Turbo X

Have a turbo x which has been in a specialized shop because the motor cuts off and the head light does not work. They have put a new harness on the bike but the light still does not work. They have said everything checks out but the light still does not work. I told them to replace the light which they are in the process of doing. The frustration has been they tell me the bike runs without the light but I ride about a mile and the motor cuts off.
 
Often this is a loose connection at the top of the battery. There is a plate on the bottom of the frame that can be adjusted to put more upward pressure on the battery/frame connection at the top. It holds the battery in more securely. If the battery is bouncing, it may momentarily disconnect, shutting the motor off and requiring a repower.

The light may be a wiring issue in the downtube near the frame headtube or a problem in the light itself. On my 2015 Specialized Turbo, I ended up replacing the light because the wire from the frame to the light was damaged.

Finally, one of the battery failure modes that I experienced a few years ago was the battery cutting out. This turned out to be an actual battery failure. The issue is that these are no longer available as far as I know. I ended up replacing my 462Wh non-bluetooth battery with the 691Wh bluetooth battery from a Turbo S. Mission Control now works on my bike and I have a range of around 80 miles.

Hi, can I ask if anyone have a old battery for Turbo X, after someone try to steal my bike batery and broke it, the main body still ok but lose the BMS, just need unused one or faulty to try to recover mine.
All help be gratefull.

I was having trouble with the motor cutting out after going over some bumps. The lights would work but no power to motor. Re-racking the battery would get me a few more miles. I found the post by bazzapage in the topic below with a link to ordering a replacement Rosenburger connector. I replaced the connector and the issue went away. I used to recharge the battery out of the bike at work so I had a lot of cycles on the connector. No issues since replacing the connector.
