Specialized E-bike Trainer

As ridiculous as this sounds, I bought an Elite Tuo trainer for use on my Turbo Tero during the winter months leaving the motor off. The Tero has a 12x148 thru axle. The Tuo comes with a skewer and adapters which I am temporarily using but I would like to find a thru axle that would work. Has anyone else had luck in this area?

Just to put this to bed if anyone is interested.
An ODIER Thru Axle Adapter M12 174-1.0 (12MM,1.0 pitch,198mm total length) from Amazon works perfect.
