Handlebars for a speed pedelec with no front suspension?

Objective: To find a handle bar for a speed pedelec with no front suspension. Think your wrists aching after hours of bumpy rides.
Mission: More control, less aggressive and more relaxed riding position but not quite cruiser style.
Dislikes: Road Handlebars.

Right now, the bike has "Giant Connect Trail Riser handlebar. 31.8x 730m.
I wouldn't mind more wider handlebars but more importantly, I want more than 25mm rise or should I invest in an adjustable stem instead?

Consider the Jones Loop H-Bar. It's wide and allows for multiple hand positions. Get a taller stem or spacers to raise your stem. As for adjustable stems I haven't found one that can keep its setting; they all seem to loosen up in a short time. Perhaps somebody can point to a quality adjustable stem.

E-Wheels, thank you for the link to the article on suspension stems. That expensive Stafast suspension stem looks cool!

I have the Jones H Bar on my ridge rider and it made a world of difference on my wrists. More natural posture. Love it
