Handlebar shifter

I have a 2 yr. Old a2b alva+ that the handlebar twist gear shifter has failed. Having trouble finding parts. Any help appreciated. No dealer near me Ft. Lauderdale, Fl.

@Big Possum, that twist shifter is probably a common brand, like Sram or Shimano. Any regular bike shop should be able to replace that part for you without an issue, it doesn't have to be an ebike dealer. It might even be a simple cable replacement. Even if the shop has to replace that shifter, you're not looking at an expensive repair
