HANDLEBAR REMOTE on 2022 Vado & Como

I had this issue yesterday (before I had my firmware updated today), not sure as to why it is happening.
I'm asking if anyone has experienced a similar loss of use of the remote functions and if so, what the resolution was.
All functions work with the exception of highlighted item (F1 Button)

So, I've not addressed this with the LBS as of yet, I will very soon, however, as having been faced with an identical issue (of the nature of those "push" buttons), this YouTube video shows a similar 'fix' for a button/switch (similar to the handlebar switch having the issue).

To jump around and get the overall point, look at 15 sec.<---->34 sec., then 2:27 to see the contact cleaner used, then 2:50<--->2:60 to see the application then to 4:07<--->4:13 to see the fixed end result.
So I guess the question is, how does one "open" the handlebar switch to spray the contact cleaner on the micro-switch?
I know, I know, let the LBS fix it, but I'll bet $20 that the part is most likely part of the Mastermind control package and it most likely won't be able to be obtained (just like the SRAM fork that the LBS says they have yet to get a replacement) [and they took a fork from another stock bike to resolve the 5-1/2 month wait....a whole other post].
Regardless of opinion, you can't damage anything with contact cleaner on a switch, and if it fixes it (like it did for my car battery tender), then all that remains is to figure out how to get at the innards.

Anytime the ambient temperature outside goes below 42 degrees all of the buttons (except F2 and power on/off) on my 2022 VADO 4.0 don't work. But everything works again once the temp goes above 42. I was out riding last weekend in 18-degree weather... this weekend it has been 58 and everything is fine. I haven't worried too much about it because I can set the startup to assist mode to whatever I want, turn off the bike, and turn it back on and it will be in Turbo, ECO etc.

Wondering if temp might be at play here for you too? Either way, I am interested in how this get's resolved.

I had some issues with the older remote on my Vado 5.0 during low temperatures. The remote of my Vado SL works OK, at least down to - 4C (25 F).

The video does not have much of anything in common with the handlebar switch other than they are both switches. The S216800019 handlebar switch is a simple contact switch with the button bottom making the contact across the traces depending on which set of wires need to be shorted together. They use this part on several models and not all of the models make use of the F1 button. I purchased and broke one apart planning to use the wires on my Creo with my left Di2 shifter as shown in a Creo thread. Someone later posted the p/n of the basic cable commodity for about $10. If is has quit working it is either a software issue, the plug under the MTCU or somehow sweat or chemicals made it past the rubber seal of the top button. The F1 button does not have a function on a Creo but the remote will otherwise work. The picture is the inside of the switch.
