Hi folks ive upgraded my battery from a 400 bosch powerpack to a 500pack theres no faults on the display the only thing that happens is the battery lights flash it doesn't seem to be charging the display as the intuitiva has its own battery everything is ok with the display however i notice a lil faint click everyfew seconds and when i turn the battery on by the buttons it will turn the display on so its getting power theres no faults that are coming up however the display will power off which i think thats a thing with them if lying idil ,would something need a update clearly i haven't the wrong battery its says haibike on it is the same as my old one just a 500 any help would be well appreciated before i gotta find a bosch dealer and go from there cheers all.

I suppose it's possible you need a fw update, but that would probably mean it hasn't been updated in forever. Like 2017 or 2018?
You could try resetting the battery by holding the button in for 30 seconds.

Ive no experience with this battery the new 500 but it tested over the 90's ive paperwork to back it up the bike was stole on my father inlaw back in about 2018 and its a 2014 xduro so its never seen a update of anykind anyway cops come to us recently and said we've a bike was registered to u we have it yrs we've never had any info to get it returned my father inlaws eyes lit up he loved this bike i gave him a giant syncdrive yamaha bike to get him active but when they brought the bike it was missing its battery and its display otherwise sound bike wasnt abused as in riding it just gutted i sourced a battery and a display same intuitiva but battery 500 instead of 300 but compatible even down to the lock and plugin stay. So the display has someone elses odometer etc turns on wont go up and down the modes and the battery just flashes full leds slowly and the display will turn itself off isnt taking a charge for the internal battery but when off if i press the button on the battery were the leds are then the display turns itself on so its getting power and im thinking if the motor battery and display are all outta sync with eachother but work on there own then how is it meant to work.someones gotta had a similar experience i know theres the casing bearing that is the first to go has gone but man the motor wasnt opened or messed with,its not a connection or wire ive double checked ran new wires pins were shiny but cheers for your reply ,
Sorry for been a pain in the butt guys but this is really annoying it states for 2016 models and down its compatible but for classic and classic+ it is only good for cargobikes and Frame bikes?? (Can someone define FRAME BIKES )TO me that would be bikes that u mount your battery to the frame! which im guessing thats what mine is as its a 2014 bike but made in 2013 so i take it this was the last of the classics probably a + but heres something i found which might help me and honestly i think firmware and getting motor battery and display on the same level should see this old dinosaur run again its a really nice bike for a hardtail it will run maybe not as original as first taut but ive a backup plan if not

Ah, I didn't register the Classic in your title. That bike has been around awhile. I have no idea what was/is still compatible with those original bikes- I've only been following them since 2019 and even then anyone mentioning bikes that old was rare.
Not this one it was my fatherinlaws from new it got stole in 2018 police found it at the bck of a storage room that lay there since 2018 missing the battery and the display and lock broke besides that it just lay there forgot about until the station was been renovated it was discovered and checked out to my father in law who loved it and im just trying to get it running on its original bits for him to keep him active ive a new motor ready to go into it but this is what he wants so ill try first ,it was bosch who sent me this battery they had no 400s .the bikes got a service history dating to 2018 even the original tyres are still on rhe bike fully inflated and as good as new he always kept the original wheels for winter as theyd good nobbly well branded tyres this motor has the old stone cover on it which protected it from not anly stones but bad weather theres pictures if this bike nearly have submerged in mucky water.i can show pics not of this exact bike but bikers from back then putting the bike through there paces.
