GreenBike Electric Motion Big Dog Off Road - No power to LCD - lights work.

Just took delivery this bike on Friday July 3rd. Unfortunately I can’t get it to power on. Battery is charged (3 green lights illuminate when I press the button on the battery), rear and front lights work, key in the on position, but the LCD will not display. Held the power button for 3 - 10 seconds And nothing. Am I missing something? I am waiting on a response from GreenBike Electric Motion but I thought I would give you guys a chance. Maybe there is something obvious I am missing. Great looking bike though....

Pull the electrical connectors apart, look for bent pins, then push them back together. Depending on the connectors, there might be arrows to align and a mark for how deeply they should engage. On one of my eBikes, I had to turn on the battery, the throttle, and the display. Check you instructions that you are initializing everything correctly.

Thank you. Great advice - it was a LCD that was not connected, confirmed no bent pins. Sadly I am seeing e10 errors now. I have been able to ride the bike but when the battery gets to about 50% the bike will die (totally dead, can’t even get a status on the battery). I’ve been able to revive the bike by just having it sit, for a while or starting a new charge. I talked to GreenBike Electric, they have been super helpful and sending out a new battery, controller, lcd and cabling. I feel like it could be the battery or controller at this point but curious what eveyone thinks.
