Giant Trance won't power On

Hello everyone I'm Wayne and new to the forum. I have a Giant Trance that won't power on. When I press the on/off button on the ride control all the LEDs light up white and then go out turning off the bike, no red LEDs at all. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
