Hi, after some advice. Recently purchased a giant quick e+ in Australia. I love the bike but after getting it home I noticed it only has a energypak 400 on it. Everywhere I look the bike is sped'd to have a 500 on it. The battery is colour coded to the bike so it looked the part. It was a demo model being used by staff. Before I get back to them I wanted any advice on weather this is common or a something a bit dodgey is going on with swapping pasts/ accessories. Bike advertised with 500Wh Pak.

You really want that extra range. I'd start out nicely with "oops, you accidentally gave me the wrong battery", but I would raise hell if necessary to get it corrected.
