Giant Explore E+ 2 - possible to upgrade from Ridecontrol One to Evo?

Let me briefly tell you the story:
My Trance E+2 Pro 2 came with the RC ONE. As I really needed the display back in 2020, I ordered the RC EVO (not Dash) and was not happy as I could not retrieve the ride data to Strava or wherever. Because of some events in my life, I gave the Trance (my 4th e-bike) to my brother. He destroyed the EVO by pressure washing of the bike (!!!) Then, he had to go back to the RC ONE, no display.

Here on the EBR Forum, @DaveMatthews (and several other people) told me about the LEV ANT+ connectivty of the RC ONE e-bikes. I told my brother to buy a Garmin Edge 530, which he did. Since that day, he has become a happy user of the universal e-bike display, full connectivity, Strava, GPS navigation and all. I am a Specialized rider (two e-bikes), and my Vado SL had no display but LEV ANT+, too. So I have become a user of Wahoo ELEMNT computers Nowadays, I just cannot imagine riding my e-bikes without a Wahoo ELEMNT! On both Spec e-bikes of course, and my brother feels the same about the Garmin Edge.

Lucky me to buy the Specialized and Giant e-bikes!

That is a tale of fortune & misfortune for sure. I think I’ll get a Wahoo eventually since My heart rate monitor and trainer are Wahoo. For now, I’ll live without knowing my heart rate. Otherwise I’m very pleased with the display on my Thrive, and everything else. Thanks for your input. M
