Seriously, there are various ways to override the built in speed limit on these bikes... some of them are very easy and involve either moving or replacing the magnets for the speed sensor, and others (which are the better solution) require removing the motor and putting in a device that fools the computer into getting you more speed. Check out BikeSpeed RS for example, but there are half a dozen such devices.
I'm sure that I don't need to point out that doing this might be illegal where you live.
