I've jumped into the Ebike world of the 21st century with my inexpensive Funhang EB-1. I had zero Ebike experience prior to this very recent experience so I didn't want to take out a seventy two month loan on a galaxy class Ebike. So, I was thrown back in my seat and the scenery blurred in front me and my knuckles turned white while grasping the handlebar grips when I hit the level #1 setting on the LCD control panel. In a matter of seconds I was traveling much closer to the speed of light albeit an impressive 17 MPH which is 7 MPH faster than my non Ebike average speed. I am hooked for life and hope I don't unlock the programmed maximum speed limit so that I do not end up on a dirt trail being chased by a T-Rex having been thrown back in time or find myself thrown forward in time navigating a post apocalyptic future Earth where everyone is blond and thin and have cellphones implanted into their craniums. GREAT BICYCLE for the money.
P.S. Since I am sixty two years young and a disabled veteran, US Marine Corps and US Army, this new E-biking experience was sort of an answer to a prayer. I'll still use my folding bikes on easy flatter grounds but my new Ebike is unstoppable and easily conquers that one hill inside the park that was my archnemesis. 28 miles behind me now and the battery is still showing a full charge since I always pedal through about 90% of my mileage. That one hill is where I always hit the WARP DRIVE button.
