All fenders are not equal. When we ride together I stay much drier than my wife does with her aftermarket fenders. Court reviewed a Specialized bike( forget the model) where the spokesman said that the company had actually done research into designing superior fenders. If they did any at all ,that is probably 100% more research than 99% of the other bike companies do.

I know Honda Super Cub does pretty good job keeping your feet dry.
I don't know if it's possible to implement the Super Cub splash guard on ebikes though.

I have a feeling if it was put on ebikes, it would become aesthetically unpleasing + add more coefficient of drag.

They already got'em, they call them electric motorcycles.
