Full Twist Throttle Sticking

Evening All, does anybody know how to fix a throttle that sticks when twisted and does not spring back. Not in the habit of having the S@#! scared out of me lol. Thanks. Andy.

Unplug, remove and dispose of that throttle immediately. Buy and install a new throttle from the same place that sold you the bike. Or have them do it. If it has been less than 30 days since you bought the throttle or kit, you might be able to get the vendor to replace it for free.
