found my Nyon was rattling side to side in the mount.

I had been hearing a rattling for awhile but could not find it. well I had my remote not work a few times and then I found its the nyon thats loose. the wierd thing is it was screwed down with the security screw too. I fixed it with little double sided tape. I was going to sue some silicone adhesive but I did not have any at work. its weird it could come lose and screwed down. I will see if I need to replace the mount. I have no heard of this as a issue. its a pretty robust mount. I have only removed the nyon maybe 6 times.

I am slacking with the accident we have not ridden the tandem as much and now with the change of weather and time even less. my wife has to have solder replacement surgery and that will keep her off the bike for at least 2 months. I don't usually ride long rides by my self anymore.
