• Phaserunner Field Oriented Motor Controller for smooth sensorless operation.

• TCDM Direct Drive Motor with 5 speed integral geared hub Mounted in 80mm Surly fat bike rim
• Single Speed drivetrain for winter ease of maintenance
• Regenerative Breaking/ LH throttle/ RH brake cuttoff
• Encoder system provides cadence control for motor
• Hard wired front and rear lights.
• Large EM3EV 52V 26.5 Ah Battery for long range (~40-60 miles)

I have over $4K invested, and the bike has less than 20 commutes. The bike has never been ridden in road salt. Truly this is a great deal for the right individual. My goal was to build a bike that could I could ride 15 miles each way to work. Year round in Minnesota any road, any weather. You can have confidence that the bike was built by an experienced mechanical engineer, that took time to get the details right. Overall a very nice machine. The controller is fully programmable and can interface to a laptop.
