Folding ebike for air travel. What's best?

My wife is 5 foot and I am 6 ft tall, so we need a bike that will accommodate our different sizes. We currently have Benelli classicas which I really like other than it can't go off road at all and it doesn't fold. So far I've considered the G-bike, the vello Rocky Mountain and the e-joe spik. We would like all features fenders, carrier, lights, Bells, disc brakes, kick stand, travel suitcase, everything we need to be able to ride and fly. I would appreciate your best recommendation?

You should check with airlines first, pretty common discussion agreement around here that they won't let you take that big of lithium battery on an airplane.

You can ship it to yourself at the hotel via freight carriers. There would be some risk of theft at the receiving end.
Getting it back to the depot of the freight carrier or "store" at the destination might be a problem. Need to carry label printing device with you if you're going to try pickup at the hotel. Then you have to beat the bike home or it sits on your front step, or gets taken back
to the depot for subsequent pickup.
Rental might be an option, but hasn't worked for me in the past. I found a Vespa rental agency in Maui, but it was 30 miles from the airport in Lahaina. Car + bike rental, blah, I stayed home for that wedding.

hey, did you buy the vello ebike? if so, what is your experience so far related to the motor assist, regen breaks, the magnetic lock, the app and maintenance?
