Well, dumb luck finally pays off! After being told by everyone that I probably wouldn’t be able to get a Powerfly FS 9 Equip or a Rail 5 till this time 2022, I FOUND A RAIL 5 (medium frame) sitting in plain sight on the internet. One of only two nationwide in this sports chain, I bought it sight unseen and picked it up yesterday in Minnesota. Long drive but well worth it! Took it for a 9 mile shake down ride in 95F weather yesterday and was bummed that the brakes were making noise even when I wasn’t using them. Otherwise a great experience!
This morning was much cooler and went on a ride early on grass/dirt trail and had a blast. Brakes were excellent and silent. I’m JACKED!
