Portland Design Works mud flaps. I bought the 650 Beast size (this was a year ago; looks like they have different designations for the sizes now, so consider that carefully). Also, they didn't include the hardware as advertised, but mailed it to me after I complained. Put them on my wife's 700 step-through and they look good. You just need to mark the hole locations carefully. I left the tires on when I drilled the holes (yeah, I live life on the edge!).

Thanks which size fitted her 700?

I've put these buddy flaps on a few of my bikes and can't say enough good things about them. It's puzzling to me why the stock fenders on so many bikes only provide about 80% of the needed coverage, particularly on the front. https://buddyflaps.com

I believe I got the 650x65 size. For the rear, I had to drill holes into the fender. For the front, I used the holes and hardware for the fender.
