Has anyone experienced water ingress into the Giant Ego display? On my Quick E first time out in the rain it died and had to be replaced under warranty.

I love the bike and ortlieb rear panniers do actually fit ok onto the rear rack and I carry a fair weight in them.

Has anyone experienced water ingress into the Giant Ego display? On my Quick E first time out in the rain it died and had to be replaced under warranty.

Maybe your display had an assembly defect. I've ridden mine in heavy rain and it has sat outside in the rain multiple times. It gets fogged up by condensation, but that clears up after 10 mins in the sun.
