Espin Sport vs. Ride1Up 700 vs. Aventon Level help me choose

The advantage Aventon has over the other 2 is if your local bike store sells them.
Which is sadly a disadvantage as well, especially if you live in a city/state with high sales taxes.

But I do get the point and this is why I almost went with the Level. Then I called the local shop and they said while they had demo units I could test ride the soonest I could take a bike home was 5 weeks.

I have an Espin Sport which has been great but I’m looking at a R1U Core-5 because it’s slightly lighter but I’ll miss the hydraulic brakes.

I’m hoping someone comes out with a lighter ebike with throttle.

A few thoughts here:
1. Buy a donor frame and do a conversion or have someone do one for you
2. Build a bike on a bare frame or have a shop do it for you
3. Have a custom build done by a custom builder who will do ebikes.

I’ll probably do the last option for my next bike with these guys:

Though the ultra-integrated Riese & Müller bikes are very tempting.

I'm too old and impatient to build one... I barely have enough time to assemble a factory one.

I just want an affordable light ebike with throttle from a company with good support.
