Enviolo slippage

I’ve had my 2022 Gazelle Ultimate C380 for a week now. I’ve been putting about 10 miles a day on the odometer. Invariably the enviolo cvt will jump at least once a day. No a big slip, just a little one along with a little pop. Is that something I should be concerned about? Ed

While the Enviolo might be capable of slipping, I wouldnot expect that to happen, and I cannot envisage a mechanism that causes a "pop" noise. However I have heard a very occasional "pop" noise from my own C380+, which I attribute t oone of the 2 freewheels in the drive train. Why do you believe it is the Enviolo?

I'd have it checked. No unusual sounds out of our C380s yet, but we're pp3retty low miles so far.

EdC, reach out to AHicks https://electricbikereview.com/forums/members/ahicks.20127/

He rides an Enviolo among other hubs and he has a lot of experience on the Forum
He did Tom. If the belt is tensioned correctly, I have no idea why it might slip. I know mine does not!

I don't think the belt needs to be stretched like a banjo string, but it is pretty snug.

Is there any possibility this might be an alignment issue? Wheel cocked to one side or the other? Belt showing signs of fraying?
