Pertinent point at the end about Ebike obsolescence. The analogy to carrying around an iPhone 3GS is valid I think. Such is the way with all thing technological I guess.

I test rode the S3 before I got my Gazelle Medeo T10. It might be a good bike on relatively flat terrain, but I found the shifting unpredictable and unintuitive. I really wanted to like the Van Moof. It has such a cool utilitarian design esthetic, but sometimes it feels like function is limited by form.

Just went over 1,000 miles on my Gazelle, which I bought October 10th. Loving it.
