Electric Bike Outfitter Motor Cuts Out

I have a 48 volt 350 watt EBO hub motor on a recumbent trike that has power (display is on) that is randomly cutting out. The controller, cadence sensor and brake sensor have all been recently replaced. The battery is ok as it has power. This happens when the motor is cold or warm. It can cut off and then just restart again. Any ideas? Hall sensors?

Incredible: so the controller, cadence sensor and brake sensors all tested bad during troubleshooting.
Hey Rocky, there is a wire with broken strands or bent to increase resistance
Perhaps misaligned connector pins if you observe closely as you troubleshoot the conductivity etc.
