been doing a lot of time on internet trying to find one that will fit my needs, want to use it for hunting son guess i need a fat bike. I'm 5'5" tall so, so i'm thinking about a bolton e-bike they make one with 24 x 4 wheels. trying to keep the price under 2,500 do they make a good e-bike or is there something else i should be looking at.

At a stand-over height of 30.5", I'd be concerned that the RadRover is too big for someone who's 5'5".

Bolton is a good company. You can actually setup a 15 minute free call with Kyle Bolton online, and I highly recommend doing that before you buy from them. Kyle was honest and considerate with me, even though I didn't end up buying a bike from him at that time. I suggest telling him exactly what your needs and considerations are and let him suggest things to you.

You may also want to consider the new step-thru model... RadRover Step-Thru 1 Fat Bike

I use my VeeGo 750 for hunting. The rear rack has a 100 pound weight limit and I bolted the Rad platform rack to it so I could add Kolpin grips to carry my weapon of choice and still have room for my back pack when riding through the woods.

Though obviously he's a very small company, I wouldn't be too quick to discount Bolton's 24" bike. For starters the 24" tires mean it's going to have more torque available (vs. a 26") - to get the bike moving and while climbing hills at relatively low speeds.

Something else you don't see in production bikes much are the KT based electronics Bolton is using. These are super adjustable, with nothing locked down by the OEM. They are VERY popular among those using them, with boosted levels of efficiency, and higher power levels (amperage) avialable to the motor. For those familiar with his aftermarket kits for the RAD products, that same "kit" appears to be standard on his production bikes.....
