The Thule 9032 looks like a very versatile ebike rack and it is onsale labor day weekend at REI.

The Thule easy fold is now on sales for 558 it was 699. The Instructions leave a lot to to be desired, but once you figure out the clamping system it's a great rack for two ebikes rated at 62 pounds each.
It is fairly light weight and folds up like a suitcase and can tilt so you can open your trunk or rear window on an SUV. It does not clamp tires so it works with fenders. It has locks built into each clamp and the tongue
that goes into the receiver.
