A value priced high speed commuter ebike with an integrated 48V battery and lots of built in accessories including a wider rear rack with a 55lb carrying capacity. More gears than many ebikes have to help a rider power up hills and a convenient button pad for easy access to the console modes.

https://electricbikereview.com/eg/mil... The EG Milan 500 EX is a feature rich speed pedelec (28 mph top speed) offering fenders, a rear rack, front and rear lights (but the rear is not integrated so you need two AA batteries). Downtube-integrated battery keeps weight low and centered, hub motor blends in nicely with the cassette and you get 27 gear combinations! mid-step frame is easy to approach and stand over, available in white and silver but only one size. Suspension fork with lockout so you can optimize for comfort or handling and efficiency, padded saddle and ergonomic grips improve comfort, reflective tires boost safety. Fairly heavy at ~62 lbs due to larger battery capacity, key must remain in while riding, battery looks good on the right side but sticks out a bit on the left, the motor is geared for speed vs. torque and can feel sluggish at start.

New old member, just joined. Beware of the Milan, Controller issues lower bracket sloppy constant chain problems. Not much support. Just a heads up.
