Foldable, reliable and worth the money for less than $1,000, I suggest the Lectric Step Thru. We have one. $900 and free shipping includes powerful 500 w motor, fenders, lights, rear rack. Folds. 20 inch fat tires gives stability and more comfortable ride. Decent battery with better range than most smaller foldable bikes. The step thru would be best given your height. Seat post and handlebar heights are adjustable. Comes fully assembled and they have good customer service. You may want to e mail Lectric to double check that the step thru will fit. Costco sells the Jupitet Discovery x5 which I think is not a bad e bike for $600. However it is one speed, no changing gears, smaller 350 w motor, less top speed (16 mph) only 3 levels of assistance, narrow wheels for less comfy ride, and much smaller battery. It does have a rear shock. It is lighter at only 40 lbs. I think the Jupiter seat post may be too high for you. You could cut the seatpost to make it shorter.
