eBike Service

I live in Rocky Mount NC. There are no eBike service centers in town. I’ve sent emails to two shops in Raleigh asking if they can service at least the Bosch Smart System components. I’ve not heard back yet. Does anyone know of a service center in Raleigh that you would recommend?

If you haven't yet, I'd recommend seeing if there's a Trek shop in Raleigh and giving them a call.

I asked my local Trek shop (in Toronto), and they'll service non-Trek ebikes with Bosch motors. I haven't had the need to yet, knock on wood.

@MarkMinNC , have you tried East Coast Electric Speed Shop? I haven't used them YET, but I plan to if/when I need service, since I ordered my new ebike from Colorado, so can't go back to the LBS that sold it to me. Sounds like they service all types of ebikes, though there is a wait list for service at the moment. Good luck!
