Ebike controller recommendation

I have been planning out an Enduro Ebike build, and I'm listing parts, but am stuck on what the best ebike controller is best for me. The requirements that I will need is it should be programmable, hopefully plug and play, throttle and pedal assist connectors, is compatible with a display, and is cable of handling a 60 volt battery or more and also cable of handling a 1000 watts or more. The controllers I have found but am not sure about it yet is the Sabvoton SVMC controllers (they're great but I'm not sure if it is cable of pedal assist) and the Kelly controllers either the KEB or KBS (but same as Sabvoton still not sure if there is a wire to connect both pedal assist and throttle).
