Ebay bike kit??

Hi All,
I am looking to build a cheap bike - ideally under $500. I live in Australia so my options are a little more limited than the US.

Does anyone know if cheap unbranded bike kits sold on ebay are any good?

They are priced well but I don't want to go to cheap if I am likely to have problems and gear is not long lasting.

Don't waste your time... Go to Cellmans website and have him price you out a kit... AT least he will be around to answer questions and honor a warranty
