I own a 2017 Specialized Turbo Vado. Not the same as yours? Is your Turbo a mid-drive or a hub-drive e-bike?
The usual reason for a bike pulling to the side during the ride is a heavily untrue (skewed or warped) wheel. Indicating loose spokes or anything making the wheel not straight.
Another reason: If this is a hub-drive then the rear wheel might be improperly installed in the drop-outs (at an angle to the longitudinal axis).
Third reason: The e-bike was terribly hit and the frame is skewed.
