here in portland last night we had a lot of smoke in the air from the California fires and a high wind warning. there was not a huge amount of wind when we started out but by the time we got on the bike path it was going good. it was the dust and plant matter in the air that was bad so much dust. even Doin the middle of the city. branches down everywhere. almost home I saw a huge gust coming it almost blew us over when it hit. lucky with our weight and tandem we were ok. it was crazy and kinda fun.
