All of these bikes will ride differently. I suggest you test ride all of them to find a geometry and ride character that works for you. All are from major brands and should have the reliability and support you need. Each of the bikes have pros and cons...which can change based on your needs.

The Turbo X will probably have the lease amount of power but is beautifully built and integrated. It is light and nimble but suffers from slight cogging. The display is small. The riding position is moderately aggressive.
The Evo Jet is also a very solid well-built bike and the Dapu 350W motor has good kick off the line and the bike suffers no cogging. I am a fan of this brand and this motor having owned a Neo Carbon.
The ST1 Platinum is also a very well built bike with a beautifully integrated and slightly larger battery than the others. The bike is heavy and the riding position is slightly more friendly than the others.

All are excellent bikes. The only reason that the Turbo X might get the nod is that it mimics more closely that ride and feel of a traditional road bike.
Test ride...Test ride....Test ride.

Cogging......the unnatural slowing of the bike during coasting due to the magnets in the direct drive motor. For me this is an issue as I pump and coast all the time. If you pedal constantly this is a non issue.

Looks like you have $3000 limit? If you can go a bit higher I can't say enough about urban OHM 700-165. I've had it 3 weeks now and look forward to ride it every day. Definitely worth a test drive and fits your criteria.

Good luck. Let us know what you buy!
