e-bike battery issue.

since the beginning of having this new bike, I have been getting weird readings on my controller about battery %(skips between values). a few days ago I tested it with a multimeter and this is what I discovered. it's 3+/3- pronged and the first and second positive gives @ 500 it gives .96. the 3rd positive gives zero. the negatives besides on first gives smaller amount's respectively and the last nothing.

it's a 672 wh aventon sinch battery. should I get this tested at a center to make sure I am getting the correct readings?

Welcome. Firstly there is a difference between a controller and a display. Displays will normally skip values as to the level of charge. If you are running it hard up hill it may drop a bar but when you level out it may pick up a bar. How is the bike performing?
