DJ Superbike front wheel assembly help

I got this bike the other day and trying to put it together myself, but not familiar with this type of axle...Contacted the seller, but he hasn't gotten back to me yet with the information......So its a axle with a nut on each end followed by a washer, then behind that washer there is a long cylinder washer/spacer? this was on wach side of the axle... The assembly pdf is sparse of diagram photos and information pertaining to exacts and just mentions one washer and one nut on each side of the axle. So what i did with out really knowing if it was correct, I put the cylinder spacer on the inside of the axle and of course the washer and nut on the out sides of the axle ....Including some pictures....Any assurance that i have assembled correctly or not would be fantastic

Daniel ended up getting a video made for me of the correct installation and it turns out that i did have it right...Thanks for the reply.

Daniel is excellent to deal with. The rotors on my mountain bike began to show rust on the “spokes.” He informed me his US supplier did not have replacements in stock so Daniel had a pair airmail expressed to me from China. Took three days, probably faster than his US supplier could have gotten them to me.
