Disc2 trouble updating

Velotric app v4.4.1
Apple iPhone SE 2020 iOS 18.5

Can’t get the download for updates
Says “Download failed try again later”
I’ve tried restarting app and bike
Tried cycling off Bluetooth on phone

Any ideas??

I don’t have this bike, just a couple of thoughts.

Do you have a VPN active? That could create this condition.

Are you trying on WiFi? If you are on WiFi, try using cellular instead.

- Try a different wifi network
- Uninstall/reinstall the Velotric app

Do you have more than one Velotric bike?
