DEHAWK E-bike Battery problem

I was wondering if anyone can help with a DEHAWK 48v 16Ah battery I have.
It has full power and charging OK but has no power available at the bike socket.
A small Red LED is flashing on the BMS. Can it be reset (or something)? Could that be the problem?
If there's anyone who can help, please let me know.

Try unplugging your fuse if you've got one.
I've got 3 Reention Dorado batteries, and the 19ah Voltbike is resetable by unplugging the internal fuse,..
