A couple of days ago I noticed that my Cycle Satiator had stopped charging. There was power going to it, but apparently something had caused all the programed charging settings to be deleted. I contacted Tora at Juiced Bikes, and he told me to bring it down. I took it in right away and dropped it off. Tora gave me a loaner charger and I headed off to do my errands. Before I got back home, however, he sent an e-mail telling me it was ready for pickup.
I still have no idea what caused the malfunction in the first place, but Tora updated the software and reprogrammed it. It's working fine now. Great service at Juiced Bikes, and I love the programability of the Cycle Satiator. Anyone else have a similar issue? I've had it for about a year now.
